Our team arrives about 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up.

We’ll handle the rest! We set up the foam machine and speaker, ensuring everything is ready to go.

At the scheduled start time, we turn on the foam and music—then it’s time to jump in and start the fun!

For the best foam party experience, we recommend a flat, open space of at least 20x20 feet—though a 30x30 foot area is ideal for maximum fun!

✔️ Avoid areas with low-hanging trees, obstacles, or steep slopes.

✔️ Make sure there's access to a standard electrical outlet and water hose connection within 50 feet.

Yes! Our foam parties work great on concrete, pavement, and grass, but for the best experience, we recommend concrete or pavement.

✔️ Concrete & Pavement (Preferred!) – These surfaces allow the foam to spread evenly, drain efficiently, and keep everything clean. They’re the best choice for a smooth and fun foam experience!

✔️ Grass – Foam works on grass, but it can hold more moisture, which may lead to soggy or muddy areas depending on ground conditions.

For the safest and most enjoyable experience, we recommend a flat, open space free of obstacles. If you're unsure about your location, we’re happy to help!

You just need to provide water and power! Our foam cannon connects to a standard garden hose and a regular electrical outlet. We’ll take care of everything else, including the foam solution, music, and tons of bubbly fun! If your event is in a park or a location without water or power access, let us know—we have generator and may have water options available for an additional fee.

No cleanup needed—it disappears on its own! Our foam is biodegradable, non-toxic, and designed to dissolve naturally. Within minutes, the bubbles break down and evaporate, leaving no mess behind. If you’d like to speed up the process, a quick spray with a hose or a little extra playtime in the foam will do the trick!

Get ready to get foamy! We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing or swimsuits that you don’t mind getting wet. Quick-dry materials work best, and water shoes or barefoot are great options for playing in the foam. Avoid heavy fabrics like denim, and if you're joining a Glow Foam party, wearing white or neon colors will make you shine under the blacklight!

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards for payment. For corporate bookings, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options to meet your needs. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received, so be sure to complete payment to lock in your date!

You can reschedule with at least 2 days' notice before the event without penalty. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may have a rescheduling fee. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Foam parties can continue in light rain, but severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, lightning) may require rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking within 12 months.

The Fun Foam Party may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please send us a written request before the event.
